My name is Paul Keith.

I am a consultant with a wide scope of experience helping others understand the complex, the puzzling and the downright confusing!

Used to working at the leading edge of new initiatives, technologies or programmes, I have a background in training and consultancy gained in both commercial and public sector settings. 

Several years working with companies helping them improve their efficiency through use of IT systems, followed by a few more with charities helping them develop and deliver services to their clients has given me a broad exposure to different sectors and people. 

In all of these situations there has been a need for someone to delve into little understood subject matter and make it understandable to everyone else. Examples of this would be new technologies e.g. cloud computing or new social security programmes (such as Universal Credit).

• Unlocking the world of recruitment for clients of a local charity   
• Being at the forefront of the biggest social security transformation in UK history, training staff and clients 
• Moving staff at a housing charity to new digital solutions, enabling mobility and flexibility in their work that was not previously possible

Paul's presentation was fantastic. He engaged us all with his style and energy, explained everything clearly and from a real world perpective. We learned more in half an hour with him than we had in the previous three months !
